Please contact our staff if any one bedroom apartment facilities are broken, or there are problems or damages in the Service Apartment after your departure; otherwise no compensation or repair will be made by us.
Guests who violate the pet friendly apartment house rules may be asked to leave earlier than scheduled and no refund will be made by us.

1. Take out the trash.
2. Respect your neighbours and be quiet after 10pm.

Although we have several apartment o houses rules, we are a laid back group of guys. We love having new people around us, and if you follow our simple apartment o house rules, we will make sure your stay here is comfortable, convenient and fun.
Apartment O Is A Non-Smoking Building
When you enter our causeway bay service apartment home, please make sure to wash your hands in the kitchen or bathroom sink before using any other part of the house. If you see someone smoking outside of our Service Apartment or anywhere else on the premises, please ask them not to smoke inside our causeway bay service apartment building (A lot of buildings in HK allow smoking inside Service Apartment places so it takes a bit of effort to keep everything clean).
If for any reason anyone smokes inside our causeway bay service apartment house, we will charge them $200HKD for a cleaning fee. Residents are required to pay the rent on time and professional cleaning is required once a month. Residents of the service apartment wan chai places are also to take out their trash, except for the kitchen garbage, and keep the house clean. Although these service apartment wan chai rules are general, they must be followed by everyone who lives in this apartment.
